Resources
Practical tools and information to make swimming accessible for everyone:
Swim and Survive for All Abilities
Royal Life Saving is working with individuals, families, and communities to break down barriers faced by people with disability, providing inclusive swimming programs so everyone has the opportunity to learn vital swimming and water safety skills.
1:1 Swimming Lessons
We offer personalised one-on-one swimming lessons for people with disabilities, designed to meet individual needs and goals. With dedicated support and adaptive teaching, swimmers can build skills, confidence, and independence in the water.
Practical Facilities
Accessibility is at the heart of what we do. Our facilities are designed to be inclusive and welcoming for people of all abilities, with features that support physical, sensory, and cognitive access.

Swim and Survive for Regional Communities
Royal Life Saving is working with regional communities to overcome barriers of distance, access, and resourcing. Through initiatives like Project Elevate and locally delivered Swim Teacher Courses, we are building a skilled workforce and creating more opportunities for people in regional areas to learn vital swimming and water safety skills, no matter where they live.
