CPR for Adults
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please contact Triple Zero (000) immediately

Introduction
Adult CPR is one of the most widely recognised first aid procedures, used when a person has no signs of life. It combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain circulation and oxygen until professional help arrives. This skill is applicable across all community and workplace settings and is a cornerstone of emergency response. Awareness of adult CPR underscores its value as a universal lifesaving technique.
