Introduction

Fractures and dislocations are injuries affecting bones and joints, often caused by falls, impacts, or accidents. A fracture is a break in the bone, while a dislocation occurs when a joint is forced out of its normal position. These injuries are common across sports, workplaces, and daily activities. Awareness of fractures and dislocations highlights the importance of safe movement and protective measures.
