Royal Life Saving’s incident investigation services provide a comprehensive analysis of aquatic-related incidents, whether they involve injuries, near-drownings, or fatalities. Using the ICAM framework and the Safe Systems for Drowning Prevetion Model , we investigate the incident’s root causes and contributing human factors, assessing how safety protocols, staff performance, and equipment usage played a role.
