PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Description

Community Pulse is a practical, non-accredited CPR and emergency response awareness program designed to give community members the knowledge and confidence to respond when an emergency occurs.

Delivered in a relaxed and supportive environment, the workshop provides hands-on experience in CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use, while introducing participants to the DRSABCD emergency action plan, how to recognise an emergency and how to effectively communicate with emergency services when calling Triple Zero (000).

The program is ideal for community members who are learning CPR for the first time or want to refresh their knowledge without completing a formal accredited course. Sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of different community groups, helping make lifesaving education accessible, practical and relevant.
