PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Masterclass Overview

This program focuses on developing advanced capability in safety reporting and performance evaluation, supported by industry expertise in auditing, data analysis, and organisational performance review. Participants will explore how leading organisations use data to gain visibility of risk, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

Using real-world reporting examples and performance data, participants will examine how to design and manage systems that capture meaningful information and translate it into actionable insights. The program emphasises the importance of identifying trends, understanding root causes, and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and initiatives. Participants will apply their learning by reviewing their own reporting systems and developing improvements that enhance transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
