We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pool Lifeguards to join our aquatic operations team. This role is responsible for supervising aquatic areas, responding to emergencies, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within a busy aquatic facility. 

About the Role 

As a Pool Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons using our aquatic facilities. You will actively supervise pool areas, enforce facility rules, provide first response emergency care, and contribute to a positive and professional team environment. This position may involve a combination of morning, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain active supervision of pool users and surrounding aquatic environments 

• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergency situations 

• Provide first aid and emergency care when required 

• Monitor patron behaviour and enforce aquatic facility rules and safety procedures 

• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard reporting 

• Assist with cleaning and presentation of aquatic areas 

• Deliver excellent customer service and community engagement Support safe operations during aquatic programs, events, and activities
